Our clothes are designed for babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 4 years. Sizing is based on age and average height, so finding the right fit is easy
Your baby’s skin is delicate, and we take that seriously!
We use super-soft, breathable cotton and blends that feel like a gentle hug.

We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link, so you know exactly when it’s arriving.
Yes! We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India. Not sure? Enter your pincode at checkout, or simply message us.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Right now, we offer store credit for returns (valid for 6 months). This way, you can shop again whenever you like.
(Refunds to the original payment method are not available at the moment.)
- Machine-wash in cold water with a mild detergent
- Avoid bleach
- Tumble dry on low (or even better, air dry — kinder to the clothes and the planet!)
Most of our orders come with our special package box. This is perfect for birthdays, baby showers, or just to make someone’s day.

Qoalaby Returns & Exchange Policy
At Qoalaby, we want every piece you pick to bring joy to you and your little one. But if something doesn’t feel perfect, no stress — our return process is quick and easy.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We accept return on clothing within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
1. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
2. Tags are still attached
Just email us at hi@qoalaby.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the steps.
Books and Plush toys cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Items bought on sale or during promotional offers.
Used or washed items.
- For most locations, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
- If your PIN code isn’t serviceable, you can ship the item back manually, and we’ll reimburse standard shipping costs via store credit.
We’ll share the return address by email once your request is approved.
(Please don’t send items without notifying us — they may not be processed.)
